Install & activate the plugin

In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New, search for llms-txt-generator-pro, install and activate.

Click "Generate Now"

The plugin appears in your sidebar as LLMs.txt. One click creates your /llms.txt instantly – no upload needed.

Optional: enter your Pro key

For product drill-down and intent routing, switch to Mode → Pro and enter your key from llmstxtgenerator.de/pro/.

WooCommerce shops: The plugin automatically detects WooCommerce. Pro mode adds SKU, variants, specifications and competitor comparisons.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work without WooCommerce?
Yes. The plugin works with any WordPress installation. WooCommerce data is only included when WooCommerce is active.
Free vs Pro – what's the difference?
Free reads your WordPress data locally – no external server. Pro uses the llmstxtgenerator.de API for full crawling with product drill-down, intent routing and 5 output formats.
Do I need to upload a physical file?
No. The plugin serves llms.txt dynamically via WordPress rewrite rules. A physical file is optional only for CDN setups that bypass WordPress entirely.
Will it slow down my website?
No. Regeneration runs asynchronously via WP-Cron. The file is cached and adds no database queries to normal page loads.
Which Pro key do I need?
A Pro or Agency key from llmstxtgenerator.de/pro/. Enter under Settings → Mode → Pro and verify with one click.
