2. What data we collect

Website usage: We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data). Only anonymous aggregate data (page views, referrers) is collected.

Generator tool: The generator runs in your browser. Your website URL is sent to our proxy server solely to fetch publicly available data (sitemap, page content). No data is stored beyond the duration of the request.

Pro license: When you activate a Pro license key, the key and your site URL are sent to our API for verification. We store the license key, associated email address, and subscription status. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe.

3. WordPress plugin

Free mode: Operates entirely on your WordPress server. No data is sent to external services.

Pro mode: Sends your public site URL and Pro license key to the llmstxtgenerator.de API to generate enhanced llms.txt output. No visitor data, no personal data, no WordPress user data is transmitted. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. A local storage entry (llmstxt_pro_key) may be saved in your browser when you activate a Pro license; this stays on your device.

7. Data retention

License and payment records are retained for the duration required by German commercial law (up to 10 years for accounting records). Usage logs are not retained.
